Based in residential home, Couture Patisserie is a bakery specialising in customised cakes and food sculpture. The brief required a larger kitchen suitable for both commercial and domestic use for a creative, eclectic chef. TKD provided a new open plan layout, incorporating extended galley kitchen and light fille dining space. Stainless steel, concrete and partially exposed brickwork provided the industrial style they were looking for!
